We are looking for IT Specialist to join our growing team in Surkhandarya region, Denov city, Uzbekistan!

Position Summary:

The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining and supporting all IT infrastructure, hardware, and software systems at the Denov project site. The position requires hands-on technical support, coordination with the central IT team in Tashkent, and ensuring that all SUEZ IT standards, security policies, and operational procedures are followed.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Install, configure, and maintain company hardware (laptops, printers, network equipment) and software according to corporate standards.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to Denov office staff, resolving user incidents promptly through ServiceNow or other corporate systems.
• Support and maintain network infrastructure (LAN/Wi-Fi/switches/firewall) under the supervision of the IT Manager.
• Coordinate with the central IT Manager on system upgrades, backups, and cybersecurity policies.
• Manage user onboarding and offboarding (account setup, laptop preparation, Intune/Autopilot enrollment, etc.).
• Ensure that all data storage and access are secure, in line with SUEZ cybersecurity standards.
• Maintain an updated local IT asset inventory and report changes to the central IT team monthly.
• Perform periodic health checks on all IT equipment and propose replacements or upgrades when needed.
• Support Teams, Office 365, printers, scanners, and other business applications.
• Train and educate users on IT security best practices and corporate digital tools.
• Maintain confidentiality of corporate and personal data, ensuring strict compliance with SUEZ policies.
• Respect the organization's Health & Safety, environmental, and ethical standards, as well as internal reporting rules.
• Perform additional IT tasks as assigned by the IT Manager or central IT management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum three (3) years of professional IT experience, including hardware/software support, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Proficiency in Uzbek, Russian, and English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and Windows Server fundamentals.
Special Skills/Abilities Needed:
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and endpoint management (Intune, EntraID).
• Familiarity with network concepts (DHCP, DNS, VLANs, IP configuration, firewall basics).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• High level of initiative and ability to work independently with remote supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Confidentiality, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and readiness to take ownership of IT operations at the site.

Contract for the implementation of Phase 1 of the project, concluded between SUEZ and JSC "Uzsuvta'minot" regarding the districts of Denau, Sariosiyo, Shorchi and Qumqorgon:

Main purpose of the contract:

• Implement digital solutions (SCADA, AQUADVANCED, GIS);
• Develop a hydraulic model;
• Improve the Non Revenue Water (NRW);
• Improve the Asset Management;
• Modernize the customer management system;
• Install mechanical meters;
• Train local specialists;
• Prepare the feasibility study (FS) and other documentation for the main phase of the 25-year PPP project.
